Karen Fretz of Revel Realty Inc, has served the Durham Region as a real estate agent for the past fourteen years, before moving to the Kawartha Lakes area.  She has spent the past ten years exploring, appreciating and acquiring extensive knowledge of the Trent System’s many lakes and properties. Having spent entire summers in the beautiful Kawartha Lakes and Peterborough area while growing up, she is quite familar with the beautiful surroundings. Prior to her real estate adventures, Karen worked in the Custom Home Building Industry as a Customer Service Representative and walked the new home buyers through the process of purchasing a new build from ground up. As well she worked in the Graphic Arts industries for over 20 years and understands the importance of client care. Her passion is now in resale of homes and waterfront properties and Karen believes her experience as a custom home builder representative will benefit clients and improve their overall understanding of home construction and what to look for and what to avoid during the home search process. She endeavours to provide the necessary information to her clients whether they are buying or selling. She understands that for the majority of clients in real estate, home ownership is often the most important investment in their life and that investment needs to be showcased in the best possible spotlight. She herself has bought and sold numerous homes in the surrounding areas including Kitchener/Cambridge, Whitby/Oshawa, Mariposa, Peterborough and Lindsay. Wherever the location, Karen is motivated to assist her clients find the right, dream home and make home ownership a reality.
